 Spring Enrollment Dates and Times:

Enrollment forms can be filled out on line and dropped off at any of the following locations!

BENOLD STUDENTS:

Register at the ASAP Office (Benold Middle School RM 158) January 8th 3pm-6pm

FORBES STUDENTS:

Register at the Front Office January 9th 3pm-6pm

TIPPIT STUDENTS:

Register at the Front Office January 9th 3pm-6pm

Enrollment Prices:

Information below is the price per month for the program.

Your monthly fee is based on the number of days your child chooses to participate in the program.

An additional $25 registration fee is due upon enrollment.

Scholarships available are based on need - additional paperwork must be submitted for scholarships.

(Prices include Transportation home and a snack)

Click on the links below to print an enrollment form. You will need to read over the appropriate school enrollment flyer with your child to select the classes your child would like to participate in. The enrollment flyer also includes important information for your child's participation in the program. Please read it carefully!

Once you have completed and signed the enrollment form you can turn it in at any one of the enrollment dates below. If you are unable to attend the enrollment please contact the ASAP office to make other arrangements 943-5000ext.6925.
